How we're different
Subscription model: Traditional search firms can charge from $750K to $1M for five searches. We offer either a subscription of five searches annually for $225K, or individual searches at 20% of annual compensation, or $50K, whichever is less. Either option saves $75K to over $150K on every placement.
Engagement model: We embed leaders within your organization as a member of your team, ensuring successful integration and the readiness to engage day one within your culture.
Executive coaching: We offer a 30-day coaching program for each executive to ensure the success of the placement and the transition of critical responsibilities, knowledge, and strategic focus.
